North Dakota Substance Use Disorder Administrative Code Stakeholder Engagement - Fargo

The North Dakota Human Services Department Behavioral Health Division has engaged Health Management Associates (HMA) to review and revise the administrative rules regulating the licensure of substance use disorder services. HMA is coordinating a stakeholder engagement event in Fargo on Thursday, February 24.

You are invited to provide input to this process. Participants are encouraged to speak openly and raise any challenges with the processes, oversight, or gaps they see with the current administrative rules. These meetings are specifically for providers and are separated into two 90-minute sessions:

Residential providers:
9 to 10:30 a.m.

Outpatient providers:
11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
